Will you LENGTHEN or SHORTEN a piece I am interested in?
Adjustments are $5 on most pieces, or $10 on more difficult pieces. Availability of materials will also be taken into consideration. Please call or email and ask for a quote.

Do you do CUSTOM WORK?
Custom work can be done using our current stock of supplies.

What type of GUARANTEE do you have?
We GUARANTEE fine quality of parts and workmanship on each piece. We take great care in selecting each component. Jewelry can be returned for refund or exchange within 20 days of purchase.

Do you accept CREDIT CARDS?
We accept Visa and MasterCard orders by phone or snail mail for orders from the US, Canada, and the UK. Please call 1-541-231-4565. Orders from other countries can be paid via Western Union or a Postal Money Order in US funds, or please have a US contact send a money order in US funds.

Do you do GIFT WRAPPING?
A courtesy gift box is available on request.
